With on-site accommodations, resort-style amenities, and ample outdoor space, guests can truly settle in, connect, and celebrate without ever needing to leave the property.

Mountain Meadows offers multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony locations set against the natural beauty of the western Catskills. Couples may exchange vows beside the pond with sweeping mountain views, on the open lawn surrounded by rolling meadows, or inside our light-filled barn for a weather-proof option. Each ceremony site feels intimate, scenic, and deeply connected to the landscape—allowing couples to choose a setting that reflects their vision while keeping guests comfortable and close.

Receptions at Mountain Meadows take place in our modern-rustic barn and lodge, designed to feel both elevated and welcoming. With soaring timber beams, expansive windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, the space easily transforms from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. The barn accommodates up to 175 guests and offers multiple levels for dining, bar service, and celebration—creating an energetic yet relaxed atmosphere that feels like a private mountain resort.

We do not offer in-house catering, giving couples the freedom to design a celebration that reflects their tastes, culture, and priorities. We’re happy to share a curated list of trusted local caterers and vendors who know the property well and can accommodate a wide range of styles and budgets. Couples are also welcome to bring in their own licensed professionals, allowing for a highly personalized approach to food, bar service, and event design.
